question about aol/printing

i'm trying to help a friend out. but she uses aol, and i don't have ANY idea since i don't use aol.

she can print any document/graphics using microsoft word, however, when we go online, nothing gets printed out from any webpage. (actually, the only thing that gets printed out is page 1 of 1 on the upper right hand side). is this a problem with aol? help please!

thanx in advance

I agree...aol is overpriced and a pain in the.....

anyways, concerning your "friend's" problem (hehehe j/k)....is she using aol's window to browse or is she using IE? If she isn't using IE, try this log onto aol and after it finishes popping all this crap up, minimize the main window and poen IE ( or navigator, opera...your choice) and try printing from there.

another question, does she have problems printing word files when she is logged onto aol?
