ahhhhh...my mouse is all screwed up
tonight i opened up my case to vacum it all out and stuff...put the cover back on pluged everything back in and turned it on and none of the extra functions on my mouse works so i went to the logitech site and dled the new itouch software update and my mouse wouldnt work...pluged in another mouse (i have a wireless one) and it works...should i jsut try to uninstall the software...and sys restore wont let me go back because it is a piece of sh*t...someone please help me...whenever i try to reinstall off the disk my computer restarts at 98 % why me

ok yea
ok yeah now no mouse or keyboard works at all nothing zip nada...and dell tech support sucked. i went through 6 diff people and finnaly i got told that since i installed winxp and didnt have win me (which came with my sys) she couldnt really help me...nice very nice.
i finnaly figured i will just get a new harddrive and reinstall all the stuff then transfer the files i need off the old one...how does that sound? also gonna buy a new case today cause mine sucks...i really am ticked at dell but i still dont know what the hell is wrong with my comp!!! btw im on a second comp typing this.. |

OK, Don't know how a new HD would fix your mouse..... But are you using USB or PS/2?
Also open your case up and make sure you didn't knock something off or unplug something on the inside...... |

re
the wireless reciever is using the purple ps/2 port and 1 usb port...i looked a couple times to see if i knocked something off i am going to go look again in a couple of minutes
