Best Defrag Program?

Which defragmentation program do you guys use? I used to use Diskeeper but the most recently version takes a mucher longer time to complete the task than the previous version I used.

I use OnTrack's FixIt Utilities' JetDefrag. It takes about 1 hour to defrag three partitions totaling 80 GB, but they are all FAT32.

CAUTION:Although this method is quick, you may loose data! So back up first!
