audio editing
What is a good software to use to edit audio.
Basicly what I want to do is remove the vocals and lenghten the duration of the music. T.Y. |

CoolEdit 2000. There are tons of versions out there. I use 2000Pro. Very versitle and it allows you to choose compression codecs.

Here's another vote for CoolEdit 2000.
I use it to pull the audio track from my video cam when I shoot my kids' concerts at school; they get a charge out of listening to their own shows on their CD players. |

nero has a wave editor but i use reaktor and traktor. but thats more dj stuff
