Angry Uninstalling problem........can u help?

On certin programs that I want to uninstall, I get this message: The login account does not have the required privileges to remove the selected application. Please use an administrator account. What can i do to remove this? I am runnin' pentium 3 600mhz with 128megs ram and win 98se. if you need any more info, let me know.

It could be a system policy. Do you have multiple logins on the machine?

And you're running Win 98SE? Are there policies set?

Did you load the OS or did someone else?
