Please recommend a good DVD Player (software)

Can somebody recommend a good (free) DVD Player application that can play all region DVDs? My friend is running Win XP.

Using any of these utilities should allow the tweaking of popular DVD software like WinDVD, PowerDVD and others.

Keep in mind that many new DVD-ROM drives are hardware region locked, and in that case the only utility that claims to work (though I have not tried it myself) is DVD Region-Free.

WinDVD always trashes my Media Player (won't correctly stream MPG files) and PowerDVD always trashes Windows Movie Maker so I just use my hacked set top player.

Ok I just tried DVD Region Free 1.32 out, and sure enough my Pioneer DVR-105 which is region-locked was able to play a Region 4 title perfectly with Windows Media Player 9.

Excellent!
