is there a program that can take internet favorite shortcuts and make them links on a webpage. i know its possible to do it manually but that gets tedious when the number of shortcuts increase.

The only thing that that tool does is convert Netscape Bookmarks into Internet Explorer Favorites and vice versa.

Try this instead: Bookmark Wizard
