Task Manager disappearing?

I have a situation where it doesnt show up at all, using ctrl alt del. Its not like it went off the screen, I can right click the taskbar and will see it that way, and can't figure out why its doing that, on W2K box. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hehe... I almost said "Does the process show up in Task Manager?" hahaha.

Have you tried Control+Shift+Escape? What happens when you press that and CTRL+SHFT+DEL?

Have you restarted?
