Cool icons for Windows XP

I don't like the default icons that come with XP. Can anyone recommend some good downloadable free icons?

you can make your own icons. thats what i do.

If you're talking about the system/folder icons, here's a zip of like 600+ icons.

I usually browse through the icons at Wincustomize.com or deviantart.com. There is always something good there.
