Anyway to *limit* uploads from my computer?
I use DC++ a lot, and I like sharing files (apx 80GB now), but my uploads tend to bulley my downloads, and all the network traffic on my router tanks, giving preference to the uploads.
I have a Netgear MR314. Is there anyway (software or hardware) to limit my uploads to a certain total bandwidth?

You can check out DC++k, which is a patched version of DC++. I think it has upload limiting.
Another option is to limit the number of uploads. You should come over to coleslaw.dynip.com
