Auto filling out forms for users
Probably a complete newb type question
. Our hosting company just set up a new web email interface. While there aren't too many that actually use the web interface, there are enough that this new one may cause a few problems due to the fact that it asks them for the mailserver name. I'd rather not get called everyday with someone who is too stupid to remember the mailsever. Soooo is there a way to redirect them to the log in page so that a script will fill in certain form fields on the new interface (http://216.157.131.123). It would be nice if it filled in mailserver and the @____.com portion. Sounds like it may be possible, but I would have no idea where to start. Any pointers or shoves in the right direction would be much appreciated.

Fine! Seeing as though no one wanted to help I figured it out myself
. I just took the code from the original page, made the fields I wanted "auto-filled" hidden with the text "pre-entered". I then created a subdomain that forwarded everything on to the actual mail system. |
