i'm not even sure what the problem is.. i thought it was java or macromedia (i didn't use to have it) because when i websurf certain sites.. i'll get msg saying that error has happened.. basically IE crashes..

and another one.. is that when i run certain downloading programs.. i'll get an error msg.. automatically the prog crashes..

is there like a site i can go to that checks the software.. head to toe even for windows.. dunno.. getting annoyed by those minimal crashes... any help greatly appreciated.. right now.. i havven't got a clue on whats happenening

If you're running WindowsXP, check your event viewer under administrative tools. It should get you going. Check the application and system logs.
