i have a few quicktime files most are .mov but one is a .moov files and when i move it to pc a few of them do not open up with quick time. Im using the files for a powerpoint presentation and the whole presentation works fine on the mac but 3 of the movie files do not open on the pc side. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot

I know at least on PC's that (at least my experience has been) double-clicking on .mov files won't open them in QuickTime by default; even when I tell it during installation to play .mov files, it won't default play them in Explorer (at least not at first, until I tell it "Always use this program to play this type of file").

Ok, so anyway...

.moov ?
-two o's? Hmm never heard of one of those. Maybe rename it a .mov file? (one 'o') Or try opening it directly from QuickTime? I don't see why it wouldn't work (hypothetically)...program/application files (in most cases) aren't platform dependent (MacOS vs Windows) so it should work on both.
