how can i get a streaming video saved?

i'm watching a video clip i REALLY want saved on my hd (on quicktime). i clicked on the save to cache option. where will it be?

i can't seem to find it.

I would think that it should be in your Temporary Internet Files folder.

If you are doing a search for that file, sometimes you have to force Windows to search within that directory as it tends to be excluded in the default search settings.

also the name will be weird...it'll have a funky name...so prolly wanna search for *.mov or something like that.

Can't you just right click on the link and choose "Save Target As..."?

actually, i was having more problems finding the temp folder more than anything.

got the clips i wanted...yay!
