Best Method for Copying from Drive to Drive?

I have a Maxtor 120 GB hard drive. I want to replace it with a 160 GB hard drive. I will partition it to 25 Gb and 135 GB so that I don't have to worry about the 137 GB thingy.
What is the easiest method to totally copy everything, including all files to the new hard drive? It would also be nice, but not necessary to go from Win 98 to 98SE.

How long would this transfer take with a 1.2 Ghz AMD processor?

Will a 2 year old version of Ghost work with a 160 GB drive?

Ghost doesn't care about partition size. Aside from the OS, you may want to use robocopy. It's in the resource kit tools free d/l from MS.

The last time I used Maxtor Utility, lots of drivers got lost, and another time it didn't copy a whole lot of files. Maybe I didn't do something correct each time?

Another vote for ghost. I have a DOS boot disk with ghost on it and it has worked with 80 Gig drives.
