Looking for a good shell replacement

I know about aston but I don't like that I can't configure my own buttons to where I want (well I'm sure I could figure it out, but not without learning a programming language), and Lite Step , but I want to try some others.

I'm looking for stable, and XP compatible, and hopefully not too much of a resource hog. Anyone got some suggestions?

I was going to say bash, but then you had to go and say xp compatable
