keep getting stupid spam im's
last night when i came back to my computer i had 6 spam (porn) im's, today ive gotten 3 so far. how the heck did they get my sn?

I am having the same thing. I don't know how on earth they got my SN, but I have it set so it asks me if i want to recieve an IM from "kelly 999999" and you jsut say no

When you signed up for AIM you probably became part of the database that allows people to look you up based on interests and crap like, of if not...then aol sold your screen name to the people (like they've been known to do). Luckily, it seemed to just be a Christmas time occurence, I also got about 10 of these IM's but haven't gotten any since Christmas. It also happens on random occasions.
