Dial up ISP

I just signed up for wmconnect walmarts isp $9.94 a mo a lot cheaper then the 14.95 i am paying ofr my currents ISP.
i was thinking of sticking with them but i dont like the WM connect software i would prefer to set up a manual connection using the windos dialup networking but i am having problems doing this can someone please advise on a way to do this. wm connect is actualy compuserve interent service rebadged as wmconnect and with a cheaper price. also does anyone else use this service it is a good service?

another ISP with a local Dialup number for me is access4less.net is that a good service havent ever tried it but it cheaper than wmconnect @ about $6.00 a Mo
