I used their online scan to remove some lingering spyware that Adaware and Spybot didn't catch and it brought up some folders and cookies.
After deleting files and directories that the scan picked up, I ran the scan again. Low and behold, a whole bunch of new cookies and directories showed up.

Now, I'll admit that I still have spyware installed somewhere, but cookies don't just pop out of nowhere. Beware of Pest Patrol!!!
