I need a specific web host

I need a web host that will allow me to create accounts and given them passwords so that they will only have access to their account. My current host has only one account and password, and I would like to offer web services so this is not going to work. Does anyone know of any web hosts that have this feature?

Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you're looking for a reseller account. Correct?

Snotty, basically I just want to be able to create subdomains that have their own account information. So like if I have www.esdeeloco.com, and someone wants a webpage on my site, I can create www.esdeeloco.com/newsite and give them a username and password for it. I see that matrixreseller has unlimited subdomains chad, do you know if you can create account names for them?

Thanks again!

If on a Unix plan you can create the subdomain and then create seperate FTP accounts with passwords that can only access that directory. To go a step further they can also register their own domain names and have their own accounts "sold" by you as well. Windows plans do not support sub-FTP accounts.

I don't know what you're using, but Frontpage has that ability on both Unix and Windows servers. You actually go into web security and can define security on any folder or subweb specifying who gets read, write, or no access.

I used to use FrontPage but now I use Dreamweaver. I would prefer to stick to that. Thanks though.

So far I have had really good luck with them. There have been a couple of outtages, but each time they responded very quickly and downtime was minimized. Whenever I have had a question or problem, they have been VERY quick to respond. I had an issue at 9:00pm on 12/31 and they responded to my e-mail within 30 minutes.
