Can iTunes be use with other MP3 players?

Sup guys.

Is there a way to use another mp3 player beside IPod with itunes? I have a Archo Gmini 120, and it have a plug-in for iTunes on the OSX, but it doesnt have a plug-in for Win2k or XP.

What sup with that? Any suggestions?

only on a mac. apple supports several mp3 players with itunes in OS X, but they crippled it for windows.
