Scaled-down photo editing software?
My dad is looking for some photo software to resize his pictures. A $600 Photoshop just to blow up or crop pictures is a little extreme.
Any advice on shareware or cheap software that'll do this? |

http://www.gimp.org/index.html very much like photoshop, but its opensource and more interestingly for you, its free!

I like ACDSee. It's relatively cheap.
