Spybot found DSO Exploit: How do I get rid of it?

I keep choosing to fix the problem, but it comes back every time. Any suggestions from the crowd?

IIRC, spybot detects the dso exploit even if its cleaned up. Not sure if they fixed this bug or not, but supposedly if you clean it with spybot its fine.
