We have been receiving quite another of spam messages advertising the use of OEM software. Are these legitimate software?? See link

Depending one your intended use, I'd say no.. OEM software is supposed to be sold with something like a PC or peripheral device. Even if they are a legit company, they would be violating their agreements with the original software provider.
