A friend of mine put stuff online for me but he put all of the files into html directories instead of zipping them up, so that I have to click on the directory, select all of the files and then create and name the dl folder each time.
Does anyone know of a program that alleviate some of this hassle, such as by 1) entering a directory and dl'ing all of the sub-files into a folder named after the title of the page or 2) just automatically saves to a folder named as the site's title, but such that I will manually have to enter each directory. I've tried WackGet and FlashGet, but in each I have to type of the folder name to dl to which is really a pain when there are like 100 of them. It's a longshot, I know, but maybe I'll get lucky. ![]() Last edited by mexican : 12-14-2004 at 11:04 AM. |

There is a freeware program called WebReaper that I was referred to which pretty much allows you to dl entire websites, recursively, with a click of a button. It's perfect if anyone else runs into a similar situation or just wants to grab a site for offline browsing.
