Question Ice Warp Web Mail Help

Howdy

My g/f is using Ice Warp Web Mail, through her work, for her e-mail client. The problem is, she has to hit a button (get messages) whenever she wants to have her new emails appear. If she doesn't hit this button, no new mail will appear. I was wondering if there is something she can define (either in the options, or something else) to constantly get messages, hopefully as they are sent to her.

Thanks in advance.

BTW - I found the manual but I can't seem to find anything relating to 'automatic' 'messages' or 'retrieve messages'

Their interface tends to change quite a bit between versions, however on the version I am using there's a 'Refresh Interval (Min) :' option on the settings page that should do what you're looking for.

Thanks, I'll send this to her, and if that doesn't work, maybe I can get some more helpful information.
