a lil help please with php

im trying to make a webcomic and i want to use php to browse though the old comics and i can eaisly upadte the site each day, i know 0 php but a lil about databases, but i want the homepage to diplay the comic with the highest number, and to have buttons on the bottom that go to oldest, last one, next one, and newest one, can somebody help?

A good start would be to go to www.php.org. You can download and install PHP there.
