I found a nifty feature the other day while the g/f was wanting to know when movies were.... ( and admitadly I cannot tell you whether this is new or not )

...but.... since that movie____ website has all kinda advertisements, for those who are interested:

google has a neat ( awesome ) feature where you can type in a movie title, and it'll give you showtimes based on a zipcode you enter. W/Out advertisemtents

You can also do it from your cell phone by texting "GOOGL" (46645) with the text "movie: zip code". I think you can also ask for a specific movie. You'll be texted back within a couple minutes telling you what movies are playing, their genre and rating.
I'm also pretty sure you can get froogle prices quoted in a text message too.

There's just tons of things Google can do nowadays: movies, phonebook, weather, stocks, and facts just to name a few

My personal favorite is probably the calculator function, though.
