Barracuda - seems to work well, though I am not involved in deployment/maintenance.

thanks

its best to have something that users can interact with and manage too
ex: users can add spam to the black list instead of IT personel. I don't think symantec offers it.

I run Denes a few other filters on my EIMS server. Works great. However they don't allow users to add people to blacklists, which in my opinion is not a bad thing.

Very affordable for a hardware device, supports black lists & white lists, supports Bayesian filtering, and works on a subscription basis much like a virus scanner - known spammers are added to a list that is download automatically to the device.

If I remember, the entry level device is about $2k, but then you also have a $400/yr charge for the subscription service. I think this unit will handle up to about 500 users. It's one of the cheapest & best reviewed hardware devices available today.

It's very easy to use & set up, but takes a little work to get the bayesian engine running at full tilt - you need to keep feeding it spam messages as you get them. However, the more you update it, the more spam it will block.
