I have a client who uses outlook. her PST file passes the scanPST checks. Her address book isnt reading all the data in a contact. Example, a contact will show empty fields for some information in one view, but in a second view that information exists. You can add a new contact, and fill in every field, and the same thing happens. The data is in the file, but how do i fix it so everything is always read. it seems outlook is showing what it wants when it wants to.


The user is on a roaming profile, and it follows her from machine to machine.
