bind questions

i am moving my website and mail hosting to my mac mini, which is on my home network. I have the server configured for everything, except i am having an issue with bind.

My internal network is setup as 192.168.238.x

my mail server is 192.168.238.200

I want to be able to tell my mail client to go to mail.mydomain.com and have it work internally and externally

My current bind config points it to the public IP, and it hangs. I need to have the DNS for that zone work internally and externally. I am on a cable modem, so I only have one IP address.

any ideas?

Do you have a firewall on your router?
