converting rmj to mp3

i have a friend who would like to convert his rmj files to mp3. since i don't have or use rmj, i don't know what to recommend.

can anyone here recommend a program that's trustworthy and economical? thanks.

If you can still play the file, you can use almost any program to record from channel "What U Hear". Sound Recorder can do this.
