Print Screen configuration?
Hey all, does anyone here still use Print Screen? I haven't used it since Windows 98 or so, because I have been a big fan of Snag It and have patronized that company for many years. However, apparently one of my users still uses it who doesn't have access to a network printer, which means she can't print from one of our mainframe applications. The software doesn't have a printer port capture feature so she can't use that option. She says that print screen worked for months where all she had to do was hit the button, and her screen would be printed to her local USB printer (duh). However now it doesn't do that, it just does a copy of the screen which she can then paste into Paint or Word or whatever, and then hit print. She says she didn't make any changes to her computer so I am not sure why it would stop working for her. Does anyone know how to configure print screen to do the 2 steps copy/print rather than just copying the screen?
Thanks much. Happy Saturday (I'm working).

http://www.printdesktop.com/
http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/fil...d,22960,00.asp These may not print off your mainframe, either. hard to tell without trying them... Also, don't overlook FastStone Screen Capture http://www.faststone.org/FSCaptureDetail.htm I don't know if it'll do a one-click capture/print, tho...
