Lets see I ordered 2 DVD's two weeks ago and neither had come yet, it seems like they have a shortage or something. Both of them can kiss me ASS

i hate them because their selection sucks. i hate it when stores try to appeal to the masses, and only carry certain generic ****. the worst is when you find stuff like sisqo and wu-tang and kid rock under the same section of the store. i guess hip hop is the next musical genre to have its meaning ripped apart by corporate america. remember when u2 and the janes addiction was modern rock? now all the music that has followed in their footsteps is just pop. pretty soon, we'll be seeing wu albums that are considered "poppy"

nah they dont carry generic ****. They carry N'puke and Backstreet bums.

I'll vouch for bestbuy.com sucking serious ass. I ordered THEY LIVE (rock on for those that remember this cult classic). Thier website says it will ship in 2-3 days - I figure no big deal, since the B&M store doesn't have it anyway. Two weeks later - no DVD. I call and the jackass on the other end says it has shipped. The next day(yesterday) I get an email saying its backordered.....? So I call them and get someone who has a clue - she confirms that it is backordered - I immediately cancel the order, so I can go to WalMart and pick it up, somehow they seem to have 10,000 copies of it.

They can also burn in hell over charging sales tax on their online orders. The CSR I spoke with claims its because they have B&M stores in the state that I live in, but I think its a load of crap - the stuff doesn't ship from those stores, let alone a warehouse anywhere near me..........

Its a nice way to skirt the internet tax moratorium.
