Around a month ago I posted that furniture.com would not send me my order, would not give me anyone's name to talk to, would not answer my emails, etc. They would periodically send me a form letter that said, "Will ship at the end of the month."
Well, I finally got a note after 100 emails from me, several from them that said my order was on its way, that they had lost my order. (I figured this months ago.) I immediately emailed them back and said to re-order and to give me someone's name to refer to when asking about my order. No response. I write them again. Form letter to say they reordered but still no name from their company. I have ordered literally hundreds of things over the internet, and this is the first time I have felt that the company did not want my business. Since I ordered, the piece of furniture in question has dramatically gone up in price, so they are now trying to give me a refund rather than fulfill their end of our contract. Please avoid this company!
