Drew Barrymore is NOT hot, so why the devil is she a Charlie's Angel? I know that she is the producer, which really does explain how she gotthe job...but didn't anyone have the balls to tell her that she's ugly? Come on...I mean...Legend of the Dog-Faced Woman. Blauf! Mass Suckage!

Anyways she isn't some dog faced ritch bich [sic] trying to get her 15 minutes. I personally think she looks pretty good in that movie. |

I think she sucks as an angel too. Not a big Drew Barrymore fan. Oooo they shoulda cast Jessica Alba. Charlie's dark angel.

Angie Harmon of Law&Order was supposed to be the third angel instead of Drew Barrymore. But the producers of the Law&Order wouldn't allow her to do the movie.

well, angie harmon is certainly more attractive than drew barrymore (than again...so is my knee cap). And Hapoo...I was listening to my Southpark playlist when I read the "bich" thing, so i just posted away the little song.

y'all are wrong, the asian girl should have been left out. i dont know why a lot of "americans" think she's attractive. It goes to show that the sense of beauty is VERY different between americans and asians. Not a single asian person i know finds her attractive, women and men alike. Its easy to see in the asian models chosen for clothing and perfume lines as well. Drew Barrymore is not "hot" but she's definitely cute. And i take her over the asian girl any day.

I know exactly what's going to ensue. It'll be some child-faced singer or something...it really illustrates the differences in perception of what Asian women should be. Stateside, the watchword is "exotic". Across the pond, it's all about "cute". Yuck!!

I know what you mean by child faced asian cuteness, granted it is quite prevalent. However there are countless beautiful asian actresses, who are definitely not childish. Try Gong Li for example.

don't get me wrong; i don't think that Lucy Liu is a hotty either...but she is more attractive than Drew Barrymore. Drew just makes me want to throw down every time I see her believing that she is cute... I can see how some people would consider Lucy attractive, but not Drew. Personally I agree the Lucy looks like a bitch and I'd be afraid to touch or talk to her for fear of being clawed or shot. I just have the biggest complaint about Drew Barrymore...being alive.
ProMinx ps - i'm very particular in my tastes of girls. There are just some women that are considered attractive that I can't stand, but oh well... |

Lucy Liu is in the movie because she looks good (not great) AND she is a real martial artist. She could kick all your asses without breaking a sweat.

I just got back from the movie.
You all are right. They suck as Angels. I don't know who would have been better.. at least not yet. The movie wasn't the best in my opinion. But that could be the little girl in me who watched their every move growing up. Lemme sleep on it and I will get back to you. Bill Murry was the only thing keeping me awake during it.. okay... off to bed.... |

I agree that Lucy Liu is not hot. A lot of people (asian) people that I know think this way too. Many of you who dont' know hot or pretty asian women, should watch asian movies. Lucy Liu is the asian look that the American culture stereotypes. Small face, small eyes, small lips, etc.. Asian people don't all look like that. And besides, she sucks at acting anyway. Although Drew is not hot, but she's cuter. But Tom Green??? WTF?
