So Pissed at them, and Earthlink. I call Earthlink to set there Dsl service and its pretty good service from what I understand, (1.5mb down 384kb up.) So the sales guy tells me everything is ready to go. I call back after a week and they can't find my order. Pissed #1. Reorder service and everything goes great the second time around, a few hiccups, but for the most part very smooth. Even. Recieve a E-mail from Covad stateing that my line doesn't qualify because of line switching problems, (I'm 6300 feet from the CO.)Pissed #2. They tell me to call Earthlink to find out why, Earthlink is like HUH. Pissed #3. I decide to call Covad, wrong move, there like "Sorry sir, but your order has been cancelled and there's nothing we can do about it. Pissed #4. I ask for a supervisor, He gets on the phone and like sorry sir your loop back test shows that your line doesn't qualify for our service. I don't know what they do to qualify my line, but Qwest won't have a problem coming into my house, why do you. Pissed #5. The difference between services is about 1.25 mb down. All I want is BANDWITH. Very upset.
