SanDisk is great to deal with on RMA's
It happens I got a 2GB sd card that went bad. Called SanDisk-they asked a couple of questions, had me try one thing on the computer, then asked for the serial no. from the back of the disk. They sent me a email to RMA the disk back. Also in the e-mail was a link to print out the shipping label with prepaid shipping. All I had to do was supply the padded envelope. And those I keep in stock anyway. 2 days later after they get the disk I get an email with tracking for the new replacement disk. Per the tech support it was a brand new retail disk, not a refurb. unit. As of this moment I'm a happy camper. I'll let you know this next week if this is true.

I have to disagree with your opinion. I sent a 2gb Sandisk usb drive in and it took over 3 months till it I got it back. (dropped in price 30% over that period) I kept getting updates saying it should arrive in 2 weeks. When I called they were incompetent. However, their website for RMA is pretty nice.

Thanks for the info renovation. We've got a few sandisk SD cards and I'm glad to know that it might go well if we need to return one of them.
