Very cool, congrats Jeff.

Hey, if you're the Global IT Manager maybe you can hook some of us up with new gigs. I hear Michigan is a great place to live!

It is a great place to live, but it's a crappy place to look for a job right now, thanks to the multitude of auto supplier failures going on at the moment. But if anyone's looking for something on the east coast I might be able to make a referral.

I think a new avatar is in order:

I was once published in the Robert X. Cringley column in InfoWorld. I got a free bag for it (a decent nylon one which I usually use on car trips for carrying maps, etc., that I want to keep at hand).

Nice Jeff. Now we know your full name and what you look like. Prepare to get paintballed, egged and rubber chickened on your way to work this morning.

<j/k - Nice read by the way. Congratulations!>

I don't think that photo is him guys. Read the caption:

Missed that. But somehow I didn't picture Jeffbx looking like that.

I don't think that's what it said before.

Edit: OK, maybe they posted the photographer's name below the photo, instead of Jeff.

So......let's go egg the photographer.

Good catch Memo - that's not me, that's one of the guys quoted in the article. I don't dress that nicely - I can't even remember where any of my ties are.

There is a pic of me on the contributors page, tho.

I think you're right - at first it was just the photographer's name, which led me to believe that it was a picture of Jeff.
