I grabbed a 256M DIMM from accessmicro, and although I like the price and the RAM, the rebate they advertised is bunk. Zeus Components (the maker of the ram and the honorer of the rebate) asks for the ***original*** invoice and states that unless "all of the above conditions" are met the rebate will not be honored!

Who is going to send their original invoice for something that has a lifetime warranty?!?

I sent them a copy of my invoice and the factory seal from the memory. We'll see if this company gets any of my further business.

Oh-and they ask for 10 weeks to process the rebate! LAME.
