Sucks when you insert the CD to play Quake III and autorun messes with your registry somehow and *BAM*. No more windows. So after 2 hours of redoing windows, the cd-rom acts funny and *wham*. Win98 SE CD pops out of the tray and guess what. No more Win98 SE CD. So hi ho off to Best Buy I go looking for Disc Doctor or whatever it's called to get out the scratches.

If you contact Microsoft, they'll sell you a replacement CD for $15. Just tell them your media is damaged - as long as you have a license, they'll sell you the CD.
