Ok I'm talking about this

I tried removing it through RUN msconfig but after I restart the computer, it just pops itself right back onto the menu. I realize I can just right click on the icon and get rid of it manually. But I hate doing it everyday. Help me please?

I removed it from msconfig and it doesn't start anymore. I actually removed all 3: RealTray, RealJukeboxSystray and RealDownload and it hasn't popped up since (weeks ago).

Do you think my problem has to deal with the fact that realtray appears twice in msconfig?

Even after I uncheck both, the stupid icon still shows up.

INSTALL LINUX!!!!!

just right click on it and click on "Disable" (don't remember the exact thing it says) but its easy as that. And make sure its not in your startup menu.
