Ok - on May 25th I ordered a Pentium Pro mobo from them. They sent me the wrong one, an Epox EP-7KXA Slot A, one I cannot even use (I ordered the PPro mobo cuz I already have the CPU, memory, case, etc. - it'll just be an extra box lying around) I sent them an email explaining what happened. They responded with an apology and stated that they would be expressing out the correct board and a pre-paid RMA shipping label. This was on June 1st. I sent another email on June 8th since I had not received anything. I STILL have not received anything from them, so I just sent them a nastygram.
I understand that mistakes happen, but these people are making NO ATTEMPT to correct theirs. I'll never order from them again. -OC ps - If I can't get this resolved I'll be selling this mobo if anyone's interested. I'll keep you posted.
