I got home today and found a package from Amazon on my porch. I assumed it was a mistake because I havn't ordered anything from them in months, but when I opened it up I found the Dogma Special Edition DVD that I ordered sometime last year. I think it was supposed to come out in November. I love it when you get something that you weren't expecting.

Yup . . . I've got that waiting at home for me . . . will definitely have to watch it when I get home tonight . . . whenever the heck that will be. How could I possibly avoid getting the 100 extra minutes of deleted footage???

I just finished watching the movie.......better than I remembered. The DVD is very interesting. Haven't checked the deleted scenes yet, but that will have to wait until tommorow.

I did the opposite . . . watched the deleted scenes and the outtakes . . . not the movie. Some of the deleted scenes were really funny, but mostly they were slight variations on scenes that were already in the film. I was hoping they would be more "out there," but oh well . . . still worth watching.

I don't know. I didn't really like the movie as much as the other ones. But the funniest scene is when Kevin Smith and his sidekick (the other horny dork) talk with the girl in the restaurant...I thought I was dying. They're good in all the other ones too.
