It seems these days all I do is straighten out problems and screw-ups with my account.

If it isn't a broker entering bizarre trades into my account, being billed for services that I am told on the recorded line are free (because their computers are too broken to take them), or being CHARGED interest for having a positive balance in my account, it is something else.

Anyone else have this many problems?

Their executions are barely acceptable, but they find so many other ways to try to screw you, it really doesn't matter.

Not sure that any other place would be any better.

Still getting ripped off on more transactions...

Today, they are down for most of the day and then they CANCEL after-hours trading due to their problems.

I am waiting for them to cancel Wednesday because it's too difficult to spell (This is absurd!)

Well, Wednesday is a big word, you can't really that against them.
