haha, the only solution is the one i did. Cancel, you service!!! I got cingular almost 10 months ago, canceled in a month...They sad it's gonna get better...fat chance, it's only gotten worse
Complain, about this is not what you paid for, complaine more, and they waived their standard cancelation fee. I got rid of a great verizon plan to switch over, but found another almost as good. |

The sad thing is that Cingulars service here in San Antonio is great but then again this is SBC Corporate headquarters
