Tournament?? are you talking about the California gold coast classic on 10/28 ?? if that is the case then damn, you dont have much time.

Heres something you can do tho, it might be helpful...go to a really traditional kung fu school and talk to the master there..ask if hes familiar with " teet dah " if he is, then have him treat your ankle..what he will probably do is to rub (hard) a linament on it, take out what looks like a really thick, short, black stick of incense and heat the area up, then apply more linament. You might have to pay a few dollars and you WILL be in a bit of pain/discomfort while hes doing this- but you will be fine (depending on your age and the severity of the sprain) in 2-5 days.

Trust me it really works. I twisted my ankles many times and my teacher fixed me up and had me back in class the same week.
