Access Micro sent me a Blue Orb, the problem is I ordered a higher quality Crystal Orb. I had problems with my printer and was a little upset that I had to go through all these steps to make an exchange. I called a service rep, Irma, she said they'd email me an RMA # and that they would ship out my Orb today since it was their mistake. This is nice cuz they're sending me my Crystal Orb before they get there blue orb back. If other companies worked like this, there'd be a lot less S/SS on these forums.

I have nothing but good memories from using access micro. They really make you feel like you are a priority when it comes to a mistake they made and often do whatever it takes to correct a problem. I ordered a processor from them about 6 month ago that was suppossed to be in-stock. I recieved an email basically saying that they gave me an upgrade because the system mis-reported the QTY and that the part was actually out of stock.
Its nice when you dont have to get upset when other people make mistakes. Ape

I worked for them.. for about a month (contracted email response d00d, was my self-made title). McGlen.com , AccessMicro.com and Techsumer.com are all the same company, they usually mess with the shipping so no matter what u are paying the same between AM and McGlen.com's... the people were really nice (ravers
) and even though they were understaffed at the time, they rocked... |

I bought a barebones system (for a friend) from them about two years ago, with a $25 rebate. After not getting the rebate after 12 weeks...I called...they had it...just hadn't processed it yet
! They "expidited" the rebate and I got it a short time later...eight weeks later!I haven't shopped there since.

yes i ordered an ORB. The thing that is NSS is that they messed up my order by sending me the wrong ORB and are now fixing it by sending me the right ORB before I send them back the wrong ORB. Its NSS becuz i dont have to send the wrong ORB back and wait for them to recieve the ORB and than wait for them to process the ORB and than mail out the right ORB and than wait for the ORB to get to my house. Saving me at least a week to get my ORB. ORB = cool
