S - Motherboard frying on you

I have an ABit KR7A-RAID motherboard. I have always used ABit and will continue to do so. However, last night was some real fun!

I was playing a game, and upon exiting, my computer decides to lock up. Well now, thats a first. So I reset it, and boom, NO MORE BOOTING!

All I get is a faded black screen just after POST beep. Replaced EVERYTHING in the machine with something out of one of my other machines...still nothing. Even processor and RAM. So therefore, it is the motherboard. I believe I have it narrowed down to the Northbridge....but this flippin sucks!

Does it just power up and beep at ya or doesnt even power up??
