This company is touted at all coupon linking sites, so I placed an order. After 1 month, the order never arrived despite numerous emails to the company. Each email bought the same non-responsive canned answer. I finally called, cancelled the order, and was told the credit would be issued for the cancelled order. After 2 weeks, no credit.

I spoke to their billing dept. and was told that they had to manually process the credit because there was a problem with the credit card credit process (or similar crap). I have still not received a credit for the non-order and will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Beware!!!!

A few people I know have had problems with them. I'm not surprised it has taken so long for you to get your credit...
